Dr. Nestor, in collaboration with graduate students, worked to shape an onboarding/training webpage as a “one stop shop” for new students working the department. This hub-effect streamlined student updates and access to required training for safety, as well as required training for lab practices. In efforts of continual training, he is proactive with safety representatives to understand better practices to always work towards best practice implementation and performance.
