Eyewash and Showers

Eyewash stations and emergency showers are necessary protections for all laboratories utilizing chemicals hazardous to human eyes. This equipment is considered a first aid measure rather than a preventative one. Proper exposure control methods, including eye protection and other PPE are always required to minimize exposure to hazardous chemicals.
