Departments/ PIs must plan in advance to ensure that safety and infrastructure requirements are in place for the planned research. Furthermore, when starting up or shutting down research, there are specific regulatory requirements that must be met to ensure a safe and compliant transition. Please utilize the following checklists as they apply and the contacts provided at the bottom of the form.
